I'm the founder of Process Inventory Advisors LLC. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, my experience spans from management consulting on technology, process, risk, to steering large-scale business and digital transformations.

I've held leadership roles in major banks and spent a significant part of my career at Accenture, focusing on technology and systems integration, before moving to EY. There, I developed process-driven frameworks for financial services transformations and established the first US Financial Services Process Excellence practice.

My tenure at Citi as Head of Process Excellence for the US Personal Bank introduced the Process Inventory framework in response to regulatory challenges.
